The Chair welcomed members to the AGM

1	Minutes of the previous AGM	The minutes of the previous AGM held on Friday 29 April 2022 were approved
	Reports
2	Officers report	The report of the officers was presented by the Secretary
3	Treasurer’s report	The financial report was presented by the Treasurer and approved
4	Elections
	Officers	The following were elected as officers Chair: Flo Clucas Secretary: Neil McCart Treasurer: Sarah Pineger Membership Secretary: Sarah Moliver
5	Committee members	The following were elected as Committee members in addition to the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer: Pamela Armstrong Philip Cole* John Firth Adrian Phillips Vivek Shinde
6	Collaborative working with other local for Europe groups	Agreed that Cheltenham for Europe will collaborate with other local for Europe groups
7	Membership fees	There is currently a non renewable £10 joining fee which is reflected in the updated constitution of 2022. The committee recommends that this stands and that C4E periodically requests donations towards expenses
8	Other AGM matters	None

Before the AGM

The AGM was preceded by our speaker Emma Knaggs, Head of Grassroots Engagement in the European Movement. We heard Emma speak about the European Movement four step strategy to rejoin the EU followed by planned campaigns for the remainder of 2023. This was followed by questions and discussion on a wide range of EU related issues.
