We had a very successful street stall on 7 October – the first weekend of the Cheltenham Literature Festival. We were able to engage with passers by, hand out The New European weekly newspaper and information about the pro-EU movement along with a Brexit related reading list.
Our Brexitometer showed the usual disillusionment with leaving the EU, the majority wanting to improve relations with our European neighbours with the aim of rejoining, preferably sooner rather than later.
A very big thank you to C4E volunteers who helped on the day.
